2. Copyright: Legally, the text and substance of Our Tangled Web is subject to copyright laws the moment it is first typed or written by hand. However, that being said, permission to use portions from it for purposes of review or comment, even if uncomplimentary, is hereby freely given in advance, as long as some credit and the web address is given. For other uses, just ask. 

3. Not responsible for any damage to ignorance, apathy, or allegiance as a result of reading Our Tangled Web. Read it at your own risk. 

4. Regarding images used: If we don't create it ourselves, we request permission from those we believe to be the owners of every image that we use--usually the place we found it. If you believe that one of our images belongs to you and we have not obtained your permission, please feel free to let us know, especially if you don't want us to use it. Even if you don't mind our use of it, still let us know that too, please. We like to have permissions on file.

5. Regarding external links: We are not responsible for what others write. We sometimes link to sites presenting opposing views. Obviously, we don't agree with both. We may not agree with either one. The links are provided for those unfamiliar with or uncertain about a topic. If we give only one link to a topic, it is usually a simple definition type link. If a topic is controversial, we may give several links so that the reader can be aware of the controversy and perhaps reach a sensible conclusion. We provide links as a convenience only. We attempt to use links that acquaint the reader with the topic. Don't expect an accredited course on the subject.

6. If we offend anyone directly, we apologize, unless you are Adolph Hitler and you aren't dead after all. If we offend you indirectly, you are probably too touchy for your own good, and we recommend that you read an Anthony Robbins book.
